2 \N | Cloves minced garlic to taste |
4 ounces | Sliced black olives-drained |
¾ cup | Sun-dried tomatoes rehydrated and chopped |
1 tablespoon | Olive oil -- optional |
Put cooked basmati into large mixing bowl. Toss hot rice with remaining ingredients using wooden spoons to avoid breaking grains.
Serve immediately.
