1 | tablespoon | Dry basil (or one bunch fresh chopped) |
½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
½ | teaspoon | Salt -- optional |
2 | Cloves minced garlic to taste | |
4 | ounces | Sliced black olives-drained |
¾ | cup | Sun-dried tomatoes rehydrated and chopped |
1 | tablespoon | Olive oil -- optional |
Put cooked basmati into large mixing bowl. Toss hot rice with remaining ingredients using wooden spoons to avoid breaking grains.
Serve immediately.
