2 cups Basmati (white or brown)
Cooked according
To package instructions
½ cup Grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Dry basil (or one bunch fresh chopped)
½ teaspoon Pepper
½ teaspoon Salt -- optional
2 Cloves minced garlic to taste
4 ounces Sliced black olives-drained
¾ cup Sun-dried tomatoes rehydrated and chopped
1 tablespoon Olive oil -- optional

Put cooked basmati into large mixing bowl. Toss hot rice with remaining ingredients using wooden spoons to avoid breaking grains.

Serve immediately.
