Yield: 10 Servings
Measure | Ingredient |
---|---|
3 pints | Cherry tomatoes |
3 tablespoons | Butter |
1 tablespoon | Dried basil -or- |
3 tablespoons | Fresh basil; chopped |
Rinse, stem and pat dry tomatoes. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add basil. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook, tossing them, for 5 minutes or heated through. Serve immediately. 10 servings.
NOTE: Be careful not to overcook as tomatoes will become mushy.
