Basil cherry tomatoes #1

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 pints Cherry tomatoes
3 tablespoons Butter
1 tablespoon Dried basil -or-
3 tablespoons Fresh basil; chopped

Rinse, stem and pat dry tomatoes. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add basil. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook, tossing them, for 5 minutes or heated through. Serve immediately. 10 servings.

NOTE: Be careful not to overcook as tomatoes will become mushy.
