1 pounds Dried Plum tomato halves
1 teaspoon Dried basil
1 teaspoon Minced garlic
Pepper to taste
6 Juniper berries -or-
1 Sprig rosemary; optional
Olive oil to cover

Cover with olive oil, seal and place in a dark cool place for ideally 1 month. When ready to use, drain off excess olive oil and cut tomatoes into strips.
