Barbecue sauce au justin

2cupsOnion, chopped
½cupWine vinegar
½cupBell pepper, chopped
4teaspoonsSalt
½cupOlive oil
¼cupLouisiana hot sauce
2tablespoonsGarlic, chopped
cupDry red wine
2cupsKetchup
½teaspoonCelery seed
2tablespoonsParsley, dried
1cupSteak sauce
2tablespoonsLemon juice

Directions

Saute onions and bell pepper in olive oil. Add garlic, wine and the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover, then cook over a low fire for at least 2 hours.
