Barbecue sauce #08

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 quart Catsup
1 pounds Brown sugar
5 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
6 tablespoons Prepared mustard
6 tablespoons Vinegar
1½ teaspoon Salt
4 teaspoons Liquid Smoke

Heat all ingredients together slowly in a heavy saucepan until it bubbles.

Store in a jar and refrigerate. Good on hot dogs, hamburgers. Excellent to use with cooked hamburger meat as barbeque on buns. Use on roast, whole or chopped. Good on deer meat. Brown chicken, brush with sauce; bake in oven.
