4 cans | (small) tomato paste |
1½ quart | Vinegar |
2 cups | Sugar |
1 pint | Water |
5 ounces | Chili powder |
2 tablespoons | Cumin |
4 tablespoons | Red pepper or cayenne |
2 tablespoons | Liquid smoke |
Mix all ingredients in a 2-gallon cooker. Simmer on very low heat for 30-45 minutes.
