Ingredients

| 4 | cans | (small) tomato paste |
| 1½ | quart | Vinegar |
| 2 | cups | Sugar |
| 1 | pint | Water |
| 5 | ounces | Chili powder |
| 2 | tablespoons | Cumin |
| 4 | tablespoons | Red pepper or cayenne |
| 2 | tablespoons | Liquid smoke |
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a 2-gallon cooker. Simmer on very low heat for 30-45 minutes.
