Yield: 3 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Ketchup
4 cups Vinegar
4 cups Water
6 tablespoons Chili powder
6 tablespoons Salt
6 tablespoons Sugar
6 tablespoons Black pepper
1 large Onion; finely chopped

Put ingredients in a large pot and simmer until thick, about 6 to 8 hours.

Yield: 3 quarts.
