Yield: 12 Servings
|5 larges||Bananas; sliced thin|
|2 cups||Graham cracker crumbs|
|2 cups||Powdered sugar|
|2||Sticks butter or margarine|
|1 can||(no. 2) crushed pineapple; drained|
|1 carton||(large) whipped topping|
|1||Jar (small) Maraschino cherries|
Melt 1 stick butter & mix with graham cracker crumbs. Spread in 9x12-inch pyrex dish. Beat eggs & combine with powdered sugar & other stick softened butter. Beat 10 minutes or until light & fluffy. Pour this over crumb crust. Slice bananas on top & put pineapple on top of this. Spread on whipped topping & sprinkle with chopped nuts & cherries. Keep refrigerated.
