Banana nut bread, memorable

Yield: 16 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Flour
¾ cup Egg Beaters 99% egg substitute
½ cup Light corn syrup
½ cup Sugar; (1/2 to 1 cup)
1 cup Bananas; mashed
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Baking powder
¼ cup 1% low-fat buttermilk
1 cup Grape-Nuts
\N \N No-stick cokking spray

Mix all ingredients; bake in a large sprayed loaf pan at 350 degrees F. for 50-60 minutes. Do not over-bake. Test for doneness with toothpick.
