Yield: 6 Servings
|1 medium||Banana; sliced|
|1½ cup||Orange/banana juice|
|5 ounces||Evaporated skim milk|
Combine banana & juice in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
Add sugar & cocoa & blend well. Add milk & blend. Pour mixture into 6 paper cups (5 ounces each). Freeze about 1 hour. Insert popsicle sticks into fudge pops. Cover & freeze until firm. Peel off cups to serve.
