Banana fudge brownies

Yield: 32 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Cream cheese
2 cups Granulated sugar
4 \N Eggs -- beaten
3 \N Bananas -- very ripe,
\N \N Mashed
¾ cup Cocoa
2 cups Flour
½ teaspoon Baking powder
½ teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 pan.

Cream together the cream cheese and sugar, then add eggs one at a time and mix until well blended. Mix in bananas.

Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture, and stir just until moist. Stir in vanilla.

Pour into prepared pan and bake 45 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool at least 15 minutes before slicing.
