3tablespoonsFat-free sour cream
1cupBananas -- mashed
1teaspoonVanilla
2Apples -- chopped
2cupsUnbleached flour
½cupBrown sugar -- packed
½cupGranulated sugar -- at room
Temperature
1teaspoonBaking powder
1teaspoonBaking soda
1teaspoonCinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a pan(s) with cooking spray and flour.

In a mixing bowl, combine applesauce, egg whites, sour cream, bananas, vanilla, and apples. In another mixing bowl, combine flour, sugars, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients just until moistened. Pour into prepared pan(s). Bake about 1 hour depending on pan size.
