Dutch oven steak dinner

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Round Or Sirloin Steak
4 larges Potatoes
4 Carrots
1 large Onion
2 Sticks celery
2 cups Tomato juice
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Sugar
4 tablespoons Minute tapioca

Cut the steak into pieces and brown in a 12 inch Dutch Oven with a small amount of oil. Drain off excess oil and add sliced carrots, celery, onion and potatoes cut into chunks. Mix the tomato juice, salt sugar and tapioca and pour over the meat and vegetables.
