Measure | Ingredient |

2 cups | Bread crumbs |
½ cup | Romano cheese; grated |
1 teaspoon | Parsley; minced |
2 \N | Eggs; beaten |
2 \N | Cloves garlic; minced |
2 \N | Green onions; chopped fine |
1 medium | Sized round steak |
2 mediums | Irish potatoes; sliced |
\N \N | Salt & pepper to taste |
Cut steak in small pieces. Salt and pepper the steak. Mix together onions, garlic, parsley, cheese and bread crumbs. Dip meat in beaten eggs and then roll in bread crumb mixture. Put meat in a greased pan, cover with foil; bake in a 300 degree oven. When meat is almost done, put sliced potatoes over the meat, salt and pepper and recover with foil. Bake until both meat and potatoes are tender, about 1 hour. Serves 5 to 6.
