Balsmic glazed steak

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
3 larges Cloves garlic; crushed
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon Cracked black pepper
2 pounds Top round steak; 1 1/2\" thick

In a plastic zip-top bag, combine all ingredients; seal and shake to coat steak. Chill at least 2 hours, turning once. Heat broiler. Place steak on a broiler rack. Broil 20 mins. for med-rare, turning once. Let stand 10 mins.

before slicing.
