Baked spam & tortellini casserole

Ingredients

| 1 | Jar spaghetti sauce (10 oz.) | |
| 1 | can | Spam (12 oz.) |
| 1 | pack | Cheese tortellini, refrigerated |
| ½ | cup | Onions, chopped |
| 1 | cup | Mozzarella cheese, shredded |
| 1 | cup | Mushrooms, sliced (optional) |
Directions
Heat over to 375 degrees F. In 2½ quart casserole combine all ingredient except cheese, mix gently. Bake covered, stirring halfway through baking, 50 to 60 minutes or until tortellini are tender.
During last 5 minutes of baking, uncover and top with cheese. Serves 6.
