Baked scalloped cauliflower

| 1 | each | 10oz can cream of celery soup |
| ½ | cup | Peppercorn ranch dressing |
| 1 | medium | Califlower, broken into flowerets |
| ⅓ | cup | Soft bread crumbs |
| ⅓ | cup | Grated parmesan cheese |
Directions
PREP TIME: 20 MINUTES
COOK TIME: 30 MINUTES
In large bowl, mix the soup and the dressing together. Add cauliflower and toss to coat. Arrange in a greased casserole dish.
Blend the cheese and bread crumbs together and sprinkle over cauliflower. Bake in a 350F oven for about 20 minutes covered, then uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes. Origin: What's Cooking, 13th issue, booklet by Kraft. Shared by: Sharon Stevens, Oct/95.
