Scallop cauliflower

1 | can | Cream of celery soup |
2 | packs | Frozen cauliflower, thawed |
½ | cup | Grated American cheese |
½ | cup | Bread crumbs |
¼ | cup | Parsley, cut fine |
2 | tablespoons | Diced onion |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Butter a 1½ quart baking dish. Beat eggs and stir in remaining ingredients. Turn into baking dish and set in pan of hot water. Bake about 50 minutes or until firm. Serve hot. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 06-05-95
