Italian cauliflower

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Cauliflower; broken into flowerets
3 tablespoons Olive oil
1 \N Clove garlic; minced
½ teaspoon Salt
½ cup Tomato juice
1 teaspoon Chopped parsley
2 tablespoons Grated parmesan cheese

Heat pressure cookler. Add oil; saute garlic and cauliflowerts. Add salt and tomato juice. Close cover securely. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe. Cook for 2 minutes. Cool pressure cooker at once. Sprinkle parsley and cheese over top. Makes 4-6 servings. MC formatting and posted on TNT by bobbi744@...

NOTES : Cook no longer than the two minutes in recipe. Cauliflower is perfectly done. Very tasty dish.
