Baked sausage and macaroni casserole

| 1 | Onion; diced | |
| 1 | Green sweet pepper; diced | |
| 2 | Stalks celery; diced | |
| 12 | ounces | Elbow macaroni |
| 2 | cans | Tomatoes |
| 2 | cups | Milk |
| 2 | cups | Cheddar cheese |
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter |
| 2 | tablespoons | Flour |
| 1 | tablespoon | Parmesan cheese |
Directions
Notes: By Curtis Osman, Weatherly. The Times News, PA Brown sausage in water, dice. Add butter, onion, pepper, and celery; saute.
Add milk, flour, cheddar cheese. Saute all. Add to cooked macaroni and 2 cans tomatoes and sausage. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
