Baked sausage and macaroni casserole

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Venison or turkey sausage
1 Onion; diced
1 Green sweet pepper; diced
2 Stalks celery; diced
12 ounces Elbow macaroni
2 cans Tomatoes
2 cups Milk
2 cups Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons Flour
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese

Notes: By Curtis Osman, Weatherly. The Times News, PA Brown sausage in water, dice. Add butter, onion, pepper, and celery; saute.

Add milk, flour, cheddar cheese. Saute all. Add to cooked macaroni and 2 cans tomatoes and sausage. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350€ for 25 to 30 minutes.
