1 can | Campbells cheddar cheese |

½ cup | Campbells cream of celery |

½ cup | Milk |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
¼ teaspoon | Herb seasoning |
2 tablespoons | Melted margarine |
½ cup | Crumbled saltine cracker |
\N \N | Crumbs or potato chips |
2 tablespoons | Parmesan cheese |
