Baked orange roughy

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
6 eaches Orange Roughy fillets
1 teaspoon Prepared mustard
1 tablespoon Horseradish
¼ cup Pickle relish
1 can Tomato soup



Place fillets in greased baking dish. Mix all ingredients except tomato soup and pour over fillets. Pour the can of tomato soup on top and bake at 450-500 degrees for about 10 minutes per inch thickness.
