Curry baked orange roughy

Ingredients

⅓ | cup | Mayonnaise |
½ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
¾ | teaspoon | Prepared mustard |
⅛ | teaspoon | Curry powder |
¾ | teaspoon | Lemon juice |
4 | Orange roughy fillets | |
¾ | teaspoon | Hot sauce |
30 | Round buttery | |
Crackers/crush | ||
¾ | teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
Directions
Combine all ingredients except fillets and crackers. Brush over top of fillets. Dredge both sides of fillets in cracker crumbs. Place spiced side up in greased baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Serve at once. Formatted by Mary Dishongh Bowles.
