Baked lemon chicken with vegetables

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Boneless skinless chicken breasts, (4 - 5 oz breasts)
1 \N Clove garlic; crushed
½ teaspoon Oregano
½ teaspoon Black pepper; fresh ground
2 mediums Zucchini squash; sliced
1 medium Green pepper; cut in strips
½ cup Low sodium chicken broth
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 tablespoon White wine

Place chicken in a casserole dish. Top with the garlic, other seasonings, and the vegetables. Pour in broth, lemon juice and wine.

Cover tightly and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
