Baked lemon chicken with vegetables

Ingredients

4Boneless skinless chicken breasts, (4 - 5 oz breasts)
1Clove garlic; crushed
½teaspoonOregano
½teaspoonBlack pepper; fresh ground
2mediumsZucchini squash; sliced
1mediumGreen pepper; cut in strips
½cupLow sodium chicken broth
3tablespoonsLemon juice
1tablespoonWhite wine

Directions

Place chicken in a casserole dish. Top with the garlic, other seasonings, and the vegetables. Pour in broth, lemon juice and wine.

Cover tightly and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
