Bacon and water chestnut hors d' oeuvres

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can Water Chestnuts; drained
¼ cup Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Sugar
\N \N Bacon strips; cut in thirds.

Marinate water chestnuts in soy sauce for 30 minutes. If chestnuts are too large cut into bite-size pieces. Roll each in sugar, the wrap in a piece of bacon. Place on slotted surface of broiler pan and bake at 400 degrees for approximately 20 minutes, turning once. Drain on paper towels.
