Bacha's moroccan salad dressing

8 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
4 | smalls | Garlic cloves, chopped |
½ | teaspoon | Sweet red pepper** |
⅛ | teaspoon | Hot red pepper*** |

4 | tablespoons | Italian parsley, chopped |
4 | tablespoons | Cilantro, chopped |
