Baby food carrot cake

Measure Ingredient
6 Jars (6 oz) baby food carrots
1 cup Applesauce.
1 cup Egg substitute.
¾ cup Crushed & drained pineapple.
2 cups Whole wheat pastry flour.
¾ cup Sugar.
1 teaspoon Salt.
2 teaspoons Cinnamon.
2 teaspoons Soda.
1 teaspoon Grated orange zest.

Bake at 350 for 55 min.
