|1 can||(1 lb; 12 oz) whole tomatoes, including liquid|
|1 large||Fresh tomato; peeled|
|1½ teaspoon||Minced garlic|
|¼ cup||Chopped green onions|
|¼ cup||Finely chopped Chinese parsley|
|1½ teaspoon||Dried chili flakes or 1 fresh green chili; minced|

Dice tomatoes. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill several hours before serving. Makes about 2 cups.
