Auntie's tomato salsa

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can (1 lb; 12 oz) whole tomatoes, including liquid
1 large Fresh tomato; peeled
1½ teaspoon Minced garlic
¼ cup Chopped green onions
¼ cup Finely chopped Chinese parsley
1½ teaspoon Dried chili flakes or 1 fresh green chili; minced

Dice tomatoes. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill several hours before serving. Makes about 2 cups.
