Aunt ethel's beef casserole

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
1 cup Chopped onion
2 tablespoons Shortening
1 can Tomato soup - undiluted
1 can Chow mein noodles
\N dash Salt
½ cup Water
½ cup Shredded cheddar cheese plus extra for topping
1 can Creamed corn

Brown meat and onion in shortening. Mix in salt, pepper, corn, soup, water and cheese.

Put in casserole, top with chow mein noodles and grate a little more cheese on top.

Bake in preheated 350 oven for 30 minutes.
