Measure | Ingredient |

1 pounds | Ground beef |
1 cup | Chopped onion |
2 tablespoons | Shortening |
1 can | Tomato soup - undiluted |
1 can | Chow mein noodles |
\N dash | Salt |
½ cup | Water |
½ cup | Shredded cheddar cheese plus extra for topping |
1 can | Creamed corn |
Brown meat and onion in shortening. Mix in salt, pepper, corn, soup, water and cheese.
Put in casserole, top with chow mein noodles and grate a little more cheese on top.
Bake in preheated 350 oven for 30 minutes.
