Yield: 1 Servings
|¾ cup||Brown sugar|
|4 teaspoons||Curry powder|
|16 ounces||Pear halves; canned|
|16 ounces||Peach halves; canned|
Heat oven to 325 degrees.
Melt margarine. Add sugar and curry. Drain and dry fruit in 1½ quart casserole. Add margarine mixture. Bake 1 hour. Serve warm from baking dish.
Good with ham, lamb, chicken or turkey. Flavor will be even better if dish stands covered in refrigerator and the reheated.
