Measure | Ingredient |

1½ pint | Pineapple; cherries, pears, apples; peaches (fresh is better; but canned fruit can be used) |
¾ cup | Brown sugar |
¼ cup | Butter or margarine; melted (up to) |
2 tablespoons | Curry powder |
Combine all ingredients except fruit and mix well. Pour over fruit. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 40 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate for 24 hours to flavor. Before serving, bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Delicious with baked ham; has an exotic flavor.
LET STAND FOR 24 HOURS
