Curried fruit #2

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ pint Pineapple; cherries, pears, apples; peaches (fresh is better; but canned fruit can be used)
¾ cup Brown sugar
¼ cup Butter or margarine; melted (up to)
2 tablespoons Curry powder

Combine all ingredients except fruit and mix well. Pour over fruit. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 40 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate for 24 hours to flavor. Before serving, bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Delicious with baked ham; has an exotic flavor.
