Curried fruit #3

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can (16-oz) pear halves
1 can (16-oz) peach halves
1 can (16-oz) apricot halves
1 can (16-oz) chunk pineapple
12 \N Marachino cherries (or more)
⅓ cup Butter
¾ cup Brown sugar
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
1 teaspoon Curry powder

DRAIN

MELT TOGETHER

From: "Sherrie D. Sculley" <102735⅙@...> Arrange fruit in a casserole dish and pour butter and spice mixture over the fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Can be cooled and refrigerated.

Reheat at 350 degrees and serve. Note: Best served warm.
