Atlanta waffles

Quantity Ingredient
cup Flour
3 teaspoons Baking powder
2 teaspoons Sugar
½ cup Tsp. salt
1 cup Milk
2 \N Well egg, beaten yolks
4 tablespoons Melted butter
2 \N Stiffly egg, beaten whites

Sift dry ingredients together. Stir in milk gradually. Stir in yolks & butter. Gently fold in whites. Preheat waffle maker. Cook according to manufacturers directions, 4-5 minutes each.
