THE TIME REMAINING TO SERVE SHOULD BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION WHEN REPLENISHING THE SERVING LINE. AFTER SERVING PERIOD THE AMOUNTS USED WILL BE POSTED ON THE WORKSHEET FOR THAT MEAL. NOTE:
