Apple-nut pound cake

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 eaches Eggs
2 teaspoons Baking soda
1½ cup Oil
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla
3 cups Diced apples
3 cups Flour
1 cup Walnuts
2 cups Sugar

Beat eggs. Add oil, vanilla & dry ingredients. Fold in apples & walnuts. Bake in greased & floured tube pan at 350 for 1¼ hrs.
