Spiced apple pound cake

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2¼ cup Flour
2 cups Sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Butter or margarine; softened
1 carton Spiced apple yogurt
3 Eggs

Combine ingredients in large mixing bowl. Blend at low speed. Beat 3 min.

at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour batter into well greased and floured 12- cup, 10-inch Bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 60-65 min.

or until top of cake springs back when lightly touched. Coot cake 15 min.
