Apple pound cake

½ teaspoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Nutmeg
½ cup Oil
2 cups Sugar
3 \N Eggs
2 teaspoons Vanilla
2 cups Apples; finely chopped
½ cup Raisins
1 cup Pecans; chopped
