Apples, berries and yams

Ingredients

3eachesApples -- peeled cut chunks
1canYams -- drained 23 oz
½teaspoonGround nutmeg
1canCranberry sauce -- whole
Berry 16 oz
½cupOrange marmalade

Directions

In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Saute apples until crisp-tender. Place apples and yams in a greased 3 qt. casserole.

Sprinkle with the nutmeg. Combine cranberry sauce and marmalade.

spoon over yams. Bake at 350 deg. for 30 minutes. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
