Apples, berries, and yams (low fat)

3Apples, peeled and cut
Into chunks
1canYams, drained (23 ounces)
½teaspoonGround nutmeg
1canWhole-berry cranberry
Sauce,
(16 ounces)
½cupOrange marmalade
Yield: 8-10 servings.

Directions

Apples, Berries And Yams

In a skillet, melt butter (or heat oil) over medium heat. Sauté apples until crisp-tender. Place apples and yams in a greased 3-qt. casserole.

Sprinkle with the nutmeg. Combine cranberry sauce and marmalade. Spoon over yams. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
