3 cups | Milk |
2 \N | Eggs, beaten lightly |
1½ cup | Golden raisins |
1½ cup | Walnuts, coarsely chopped |
2 cups | Finely chopped apples |
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Beat the eggs lightly, add milk and stir into the dry ingredients, blending well. Stir in raisins, nuts and apples. Turn into 2 greased and floured loaf pans, 9x5x3 inches. Bake in 350-F oven for 1¼ hour or until a wooden pick thrust into the center comes out dry with no dough clinging.
