Apple and raisin bread pudding

Measure Ingredient
4 cups French bread; cut in cubes
1½ cup Apples; green or red delicious, or a mixture
½ cup Raisins
1½ cup Skim milk
3 \N Egg Beaters Real Egg Product;, (3/4 cup)
¾ cup Sugar;, (or 1/2 cup sugar + 3 packets Sweet 'n Low)
2 tablespoons Liquid Butter Buds
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg

In a 2 quart casserole that has been sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray, combine bread cubes, apples, and raisins; set aside. Combine milk, Egg Beaters, sugar, liquid Butter Buds, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg; pour over bread mixture. Bake 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm with Dream Whip or non-fat frozen yogurt on top, if desired.
