French apple bread pudding

| 3 | Eggs | |
| 1 | can | (14 oz) Eagle Brand sweetened milk | 
| 3 | mediums | Apples, pared, cored, finely chopped | 
| 1¾ | cup | Hot water | 
| ¼ | cup | Butter | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Ground cinnamon | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla | 
| 4 | cups | French bread cubes | 
| ½ | cup | Raisins | 
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° In large bowl, beat eggs, add milk, apples, water, butter, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir in bread and raisins, moistening completely. Turn into buttered 9 in. square baking dish. Bake 1 hour or until test shows doness. Cool. Serve warm with ice cream. Refrigerate leftovers.
