French apple bread pudding

Ingredients

3Eggs
1can(14 oz) Eagle Brand sweetened milk
3mediumsApples, pared, cored, finely chopped
cupHot water
¼cupButter
1teaspoonGround cinnamon
1teaspoonVanilla
4cupsFrench bread cubes
½cupRaisins

Directions

Preheat oven to 350° In large bowl, beat eggs, add milk, apples, water, butter, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir in bread and raisins, moistening completely. Turn into buttered 9 in. square baking dish. Bake 1 hour or until test shows doness. Cool. Serve warm with ice cream. Refrigerate leftovers.
