Apple icing bread^

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Apple or other fruit sauce
½ cup Chopped dried fruit
½ cup Chopped NUTS OR SEEDS
¼ cup Coconut

Roll out dough ¼" thick on oiled cookie sheet. Let raise 10 minutes.

Cover with fruit sauce then evenly sprinkle remaining items on top.

Bake at 350F. 35-40 minutes.


Leave out nuts and seeds and spread a thin layer of EMULSIFIED PEANUT BUTTER or HOMEMADE NUT BUTTER on the dough before the fruit sauce.
