Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Bulk sausage | 
| 6 | Eggs | |
| 2 | cups | Milk | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Dry mustard | 
| 2 | slices | White bread; cubed | 
| 1 | cup | Grated sharp cheddar cheese; (4 ozs.) | 
Directions
Crumble, saute and drain sausage.  Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard. Layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese in a lightly greased 9x13 pan.  Pour egg mixture over, cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
