Ingredients

1poundsBulk sausage
6Eggs
2cupsMilk
1teaspoonSalt
1teaspoonDry mustard
2slicesWhite bread; cubed
1cupGrated sharp cheddar cheese; (4 ozs.)

Directions

Crumble, saute and drain sausage. Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard. Layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese in a lightly greased 9x13 pan. Pour egg mixture over, cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
