2 pounds Medium ground veal
1 tablespoon Salt
1 tablespoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
1 teaspoon Ground cloves
1 teaspoon Ground mace
1 teaspoon Ground sage
½ cup Fine, dry bread crumbs
1 cup Water
