Measure Ingredient
5 pounds Medium ground pork butt
1 teaspoon Cayenne
1 tablespoon Thyme
5 teaspoons Salt
5 teaspoons Black pepper
1 cup Cold water

Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into sheep casing.
