5 pounds Medium Ground Pork
1 tablespoon Salt
2 tablespoons Sage
2 teaspoons Freshly Ground Pepper
1 teaspoon Ground Cloves
2 teaspoons Ground Mace
2 teaspoons Coriander
1 \N Whole Nutmeg, grated
1 cup Water
