Ambrosia sherbet

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Sugar
1 can (large) crushed pineapple
1 can (large) apricots; chopped
2 cans (6-oz) frozen orange juice
2 \N Juice cans water
6 \N Ripe bananas; mashed
1 can Coconut
\N \N Ginger ale or champagne

Mix thoroughly all ingredients except gingerale or champagne. Freeze in 1 quart (cardboard) freezer containers with lids. Serve with champagne or gingerale.
