Amazingly quick caramel pie

Microwave 1 bag (14oz) caramels and ¼ cup milk in glass bowl on high for 2 minutes, stir until smooth. Pour onto bottom of prepared 9 inch graham wafer pie crust; sprinkle with 1 cup toasted, chopped pecans. Refrigerate for 5 minutes. Microwave 8 quares semi sweet chocolate and ⅓ cup milk in glass bowl on medium for 2 minutes.

Stir until smooth.

Pour over caramel nut filling; spreading chocolate mixture to edge of pie. Garnish with additional nuts. Great make ahead recipe. Makes 8 servings. Origin: Kraft What's Cooking magazine, 9th issue. Shared by: Sharon Stevens, Oct/94.
