Amaretto chocolate chip pie

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 \N Eggs
¾ cup Syrup, dark corn
½ cup Sugar
¼ cup Amaretto
2 tablespoons Butter; melted
½ teaspoon Salt
½ cup Chocolate chips, semisweet
½ cup Almonds, sliced
1 \N Pie crust; unbaked
\N \N Whipped cream or ice cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixing bowl, beat eggs until blended. Stir in corn syrup, sugar, amaretto, butter and salt. Add chocolate chips and almonds. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake 50 to 60 minutes until knife inserted between center and pie edge comes out clean. Cool completely. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
